• Trade Support: Provide ongoing support for equity swap trades, including trade booking, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to equity swap trading and reporting.
• Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, user guides, and training materials.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including traders, risk managers, and compliance officers, to address business needs and concerns.

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
2. 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry, with a focus on equity swaps.
3. Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
5. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
7. Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as Dodd-Frank, EMIR, and MiFID II is a plus
