A financial services organization located in Grantham is seeking a Senior Business Analyst/Business Architect to shape and implement its business architecture. You will design processes, lead workshops, and develop solutions that align with the long-term strategy of the organization. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of business analysis experience, particularly within Financial Services, and possesses strong communication and analytical skills. This full-time role offers a salary between £60,000 and £65,000 depending on experience, with hybrid working options.
Location: Grantham (Onsite 3 days a week, 2 days working from home)
Hours: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week (35 working hours and a paid 1 hr lunch break a day)

Through this approach, the Delivery Team supports the achievement of strategic goals and fosters sustainable growth.
In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and implementing PayPlan's business architecture, ensuring a robust foundation for the successful execution of our long-term strategy. You'll lead workshops, define processes, and design business architecture that supports PayPlan's long-term strategy. Working closely with stakeholders, technical leads, and development teams to translate complex business requirements into actionable solutions.
