They are seeking a highly motivated Junior Account Executive to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

- Actively reach out to and engage with potential client to convert demo account to live trading accounts.

- Drive client funding and encourage trading activity through effective communication and relationship building.

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of their financial products, the CFD and the industry.

- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

- High energy, motivation, and a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.

- Resilient and able to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude.

- Basic understanding of financial products/markets is a plus, however not essential.
