Zusammenfassung
A leading manufacturer in the Pontefract area is looking for a Cost and Yield Accountant to oversee and analyze cost accounts, ensure accurate reporting, and identify discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have experience in food manufacturing, particularly in meat, and possess relevant qualifications such as AAT, CIMA, or ACCA. Key responsibilities include financial reporting, liaising with various teams, and improving profit margins. This role offers a permanent position with benefits including pension and parking.

- Experience within food manufacturing, ideally in meat.
- AAT/CIMA/ACCA/QBE qualification is preferred.
- Knowledge of stock control processes.
Aufgaben
- Calculate daily operational variances including costs related to yield and waste.
- Perform cost reporting for various operational aspects.
- Liaise with different teams to ensure accuracy of reporting.
- Identify areas for profit improvement.
