We’re Hiring – Semi‑Senior/Senior Accountant

• Location: Bexley/Kent
• Salary is dependent on experience and will be in the range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum FTE
• Full‑time or Part‑time will be considered

About the Firm

We offer a full range of services — accounts preparation, tax returns, payroll, VAT, and bookkeeping — all delivered with a friendly, down‑to‑earth approach.

We’re looking for a Semi‑Senior/Senior Accountant to join our growing team. If you enjoy building relationships with clients, working collaboratively, and want to progress in a supportive practice — this could be the perfect role for you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Preparing year‑end accounts for sole traders, partnerships & limited companies
• Completing VAT returns, management accounts & tax computations
• Assisting with personal & corporation tax returns
• Supporting bookkeeping and payroll processes
• Liaising directly with clients and providing advice

About You:

• Part‑qualified ACA, or qualified AAT/qualified by experience
• Minimum 2 years’ practice experience
• Confident using cloud software (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• A team player who enjoys client interaction
• Keen to learn and progress within a growing firm
• Able to work in our Bexley offices (fully remote applications will not be considered)
