Accounts Assistant - Between £30k-£35k - Hybrid Working (3 days in the office)
Location: Glasgow City Centre Type: Permanent, Full-Time

We're looking for an experienced Accountant to join our growing team. You'll support a varied client base with accounts, tax, and day-to-day finance queries, while working closely with senior colleagues on more complex work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accounts, management reports, and tax returns.
• Support with audits, financial analysis, and VAT returns.
• Handle bookkeeping tasks and assist with client queries.

• 3-5 years in a UK accountancy practice.
• Solid knowledge of UK accounting standards and tax (CT600) would be desirable.
• Comfortable using Excel and cloud-based software (Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent).
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Bonus if you've got experience with payroll and statement confirmations.
• Full right to work in the UK is essential.
