Job summary
A leading children's care provider in Derby is seeking a passionate Home Manager to oversee a new residential home for young people with mental health and complex needs. The ideal candidate will possess a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare and have experience in managing a children's home. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact from day one while being supported by a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year's managerial experience in a children's home preferred.
- Confidence with Ofsted requirements desirable.
