A community-focused hospice organization seeks a creative and strategic Campaign & Brand Manager to lead marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include managing brand identity across communications, overseeing PR and media relations, and collaborating with teams to ensure effective campaign execution. We are looking for a creative and strategic Campaign & Brand Manager to lead the planning, delivery, and evaluation of integrated marketing campaigns. You will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing Keech Hospices brand identity, ensuring it is consistently applied across all communications.Working closely with the Digital Channel Manager and Digital Officer / Digital Content Producer, you will provide strategic leadership and line management for the Marketing Officer and Marketing Administrator, guiding campaign delivery across multiple channels including PR, media, social media, and email marketing

Keech Hospice provides free specialist palliative and end of life care for people of all ages. We support adults in Bedfordshire. Children and their families in Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, and Milton Keynes. Job Purpose: The Campaign & Brand Manager will develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns and ensure the organisations brand is consistently applied across all activity. The post holder will provide strategic and creative oversight for campaigns, manage brand identity, and contribute to the achievement of Keech Hospices strategic objectives.The role will work closely with colleagues across the Marketing and Communications team to ensure campaigns are effective, measurable, and aligned to audience needs. The Campaign & Brand Manager will also oversee specific communications activities, provide line management, and support the development of content across a range of channels.
Specific duties: Campaigns & BrandPlan, develop, and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, PR, and media channels.Maintain and enhance Keech Hospices brand identity, ensuring consistency and compliance with brand guidelines.Oversee the production of marketing materials including publications, digital content, email templates, advertising, and multimedia assets.Research and analyse audience and sector trends to inform campaign approaches.Monitor and evaluate campaign performance across all channels, reporting on KPIs and adjusting strategies as required.Media, PR & Case StudiesSupport the delivery of PR activity, including proactive and reactive media relations.Draft press releases, media statements, and briefing notes for senior staff.Identify, develop, and manage case studies to support campaigns and communications.Build and maintain effective relationships with media contacts.Digital & Social MediaCollaborate with the Digital Channel Manager to align digital and traditional marketing activity.Oversee social media monitoring and reporting to evaluate engagement and inform content planning.Provide guidance and oversight for email marketing campaigns, ensuring brand alignment, audience segmentation, and effective delivery.Line Management & CollaborationProvide line management for the Marketing Officer and Marketing Admin, including workload allocation, development, and performance management.Offer creative direction and guidance to the Digital Officer / Digital Content Producer on campaign delivery where relevant.Work with colleagues across the charity to ensure campaigns support wider organisational priorities.Internal CommunicationsContribute to internal communications, including staff e-comms and campaign updates.Support the Head of Marketing and Communications in embedding brand values internally.General DutiesAttend key events and campaigns to provide communications support and oversight where needed.Represent Keech Hospice as an ambassador at all times.Comply with organisational policies, procedures, and professional standards.Undertake any other activity deemed necessary by the Head of Marketing and Communications
