Job description

We are looking to recruit a 16 hour part time member of staff to work alongside both the admin and reception teams in a hybrid role. You will be required to undertake some shifts on reception dealing with care navigating and booking appointments, prescriptions, tasks and emails and also some shifts in admin helping with clinical documents, chronic disease recall and referrals. This is a new role for the surgery and we are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking individual to work alongside our existing teams to help processes and provide support where needed.

The hours will be on a shift basis between 7:45-6:30pm with flexibility required for overtime.

About us

We are a small but busy GP practice in Blackburn, we have around 4700 patients and our team consists of 2 GPs, an ANP, 2 Physician Associates, practice nurses and HCA's alongside the wider health team. Its a fast paced but rewarding environment to work in and requires good time management and attention to detail.
