Senior Amazon Ads & Listing Management Expert

We seek a highly experienced Amazon Ads & Listing Management Expert to lead our advertising strategies and listing optimizations. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of Amazon’s ecosystem, with a proven track record managing both manual and AI-driven campaigns, and a keen eye for detail in daily listing enhancements.

1. Campaign Management: Design, implement, and optimize manual and AI-driven advertising campaigns using tools like Helium10, JungleScout, Perpetua, Pacvue, and Skai.
2. Listing Optimization: Conduct daily reviews and refinements of product listings, focusing on SEO, keyword integration, and conversion rate improvements.
3. Imagery & Content Strategy: Collaborate with design teams to develop compelling product images and A+ content that align with brand guidelines and enhance customer engagement.
4. Review Management: Monitor and address negative reviews by effectively communicating with Amazon support and submitting appropriate documentation to uphold product reputation.
5. Policy Compliance: Stay abreast of Amazon’s policies and ensure all listings and advertising practices comply with current standards to maintain account health.
6. Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

• Minimum of 20 years of experience in Amazon advertising and listing management.
• Expertise in using advertising platforms and tools such as Helium10, JungleScout, Perpetua, Pacvue, Skai, and Amazon Marketing Cloud.
• Proficient in manual campaign setup and optimization, with a strategic approach to AI-driven advertising.
• Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, keyword research, and listing best practices.
• Experience in managing and improving product imagery and A+ content.
• Demonstrated ability to handle review management and maintain high product ratings.
• In-depth knowledge of Amazon’s policies and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

• Familiarity with additional marketplaces such as Walmart, TikTok Shop, and eBay.
• Experience in cross-functional team leadership and training.
