Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an Employee Relations or HR role, with exposure to complex casework.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for managers on complex ER matters.
  • Support and manage full ER spectrum cases.
  • Contribute to organisational change programmes.
