  • Proven experience in Employee Relations or HR, focusing on complex casework.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law, including the Equality Act.
  • Confidence in advising and influencing managers at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact for managers on employee relations matters.
  • Support and manage cases across the full ER spectrum.
  • Assist with Employment Tribunal activities.
  • Contribute to organisational change programmes.
