Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,500 - 2,500 USD/month paid via wire transfer

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time

We are seeking an independent, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join their dynamic marketing team. Reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager, you'll coordinate, execute, and manage various marketing initiatives, particularly focusing on their B2B SaaS platform solutions. This role requires excellent project management skills, collaboration across internal and external teams, and hands-on social media management.

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, email, events, etc.).
• Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and monitor social interactions.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors/agencies to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
• Support content creation for marketing materials including newsletters, emails, social posts, brochures, and presentations.
• Maintain project timelines and ensure that marketing deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and organizing marketing materials.

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Instagram).
• Basic proficiency with marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar).

• Prior experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Prior experience with project management tools like Trello, Asana, and Monday.
• Experience working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
