What you’ll be doing

As Digital Account Manager, you’ll build strong relationships with eCommerce clients and guide their campaigns across the agency. Working closely with the founders and wider teams, you’ll:



  • Manage the delivery of multi-channel campaigns, from email and paid search to shopping ads, paid social, and web projects.

  • Help clients with customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty strategies.

  • Translate campaign performance and data into insightful recommendations.

  • Keep projects moving smoothly on brief, on time, on budget.



What we’re looking for


  • 2+ years’ agency experience managing digital campaigns.

  • Knowledge of eCommerce and digital marketing strategies.

  • Experience in channels such as search, paid social, shopping, email.

  • Personable, fast-paced, and process-driven with exceptional organisation skills.

  • A natural relationship builder and clear communicator.

  • Currently an Account Manager, or an ambitious Senior Account Executive ready for that next step.
