• Qualification as a Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA), Retrofit Assessor, or Retrofit Coordinator (Level 5).
• Strong understanding of retrofit standards and PAS 2035 compliance.
• Experience in training, teaching, or coaching is desirable.
• Confidence using digital learning platforms and online training tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
