Job summary
A heritage brand with over 330 years of innovation is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead and scale operations across the UK and Europe. The successful candidate will own the E-Commerce strategy from planning through execution, drive demand planning accuracy, and create impactful sales campaigns. Additionally, the role will involve developing marketplace operations and enhancing customer experiences. Candidates should have a minimum of three years’ experience in e-commerce and a strong track record in online sales.

Are you ready to take ownership of driving online growth across multiple markets? We’re looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead and scale direct-to-consumer (DTC) and marketplace operations in the UK and key European regions.
- Own the local E-Commerce strategy – You’ll be responsible for everything that happens in your market, from planning to execution.
- Drive demand planning with high accuracy and align with group targets.
- Create and deliver impactful sales campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Develop marketplace operations – a strategic growth pillar for the business.
- Work closely with partners and dealer networks to ensure seamless Click & Collect experiences.
- Enhance customer experience by supporting service teams and reducing contact rates.
- Support operational excellence, including order and inventory management.
