The Wave
A leading digital healthcare provider in the UK seeks a Clinical Delivery Manager to oversee clinical services, ensuring safe and effective delivery while monitoring workforce activities. The role involves coordination across multidisciplinary teams, supporting governance processes, and enhancing patient care quality. Ideal candidates should have healthcare experience, strong analytical skills, and remote work proficiency. The position also offers multiple wellbeing perks and promotes career development in a flexible environment.
The Clinical Delivery Manager plays an important role in making sure Psychiatry UK's clinical services run safely, smoothly, and effectively. Working closely with Clinical Leads, Pathway Delivery Leads, and wider operational teams, you'll help keep services performing well, plan and manage clinical capacity, support governance processes, and drive ongoing improvements across the patient journey. This role is all about helping teams deliver high‑quality care that meets service standards and regulatory requirements. You'll use your analytical skills to understand what's working (and what's not), communicate clearly with a wide range of clinical colleagues, and bring people together to solve problems and improve how services are delivered—while always working within appropriate professional boundaries. This is a home‑based role (applicants must reside in the UK), though occasional travel may be required for face‑to‑face meetings at various locations within the UK.
Psychiatry UK is the UK's leading provider of digital psychiatry services, working both privately and with the NHS to support children, teenagers and adults with expert, patient‑centred care.
You will have access to a range of wellbeing perks, including a Health Cash Plan, Well Hub Subscription, access to an Employee Assistance Programme, Annual Volunteering Day, Enhanced Sickness and Family Leave pay, Length of Service Bonus, Work from Home allowance and Pension options. At Psychiatry UK, we care about what matters to you.
A career with Psychiatry UK allows you to expand your knowledge, enhance your skills, and gain valuable life experience—while enjoying the flexibility of a remote full‑time role. As part of a leading online mental health service, you'll collaborate with innovative, forward‑thinking professionals in a dynamic, multidisciplinary team committed to making a real difference.
We want you to enjoy your work while feeling healthy, happy, and appreciated. That's why we've created a benefits package designed with you in mind.
