A leading healthcare organization in London is seeking a Team Administrator for the Adult Cardiorespiratory Enhanced and Responsive Service. The role involves managing administrative support, handling telephone queries, and maintaining patient databases. Job Summary: Adult Cardiorespiratory Enhanced and Responsive Service (ACERs) – Team Administrator - Band 3. The post holder will work within the ACERS Diagnostic Hublet and Pulmonary Rehabilitation teams, supported by the ACERS Administration Lead. Responsibilities include handling administrative issues such as clinic, transport and advocacy bookings, database inputting and maintenance, and answering telephone queries from patients. The post holder will maintain administrative systems and update patient electronic databases related to ACERS Diagnostic Hublet and PR with support from the Administration Lead.
The position requires a pro-active, highly organised individual with excellent interpersonal skills, strong IT skills, and a flexible approach to duties.
