A technology solutions company is seeking a Field Application Engineer in Cambridge, UK. This role requires expertise in RF systems and networking principles, along with significant customer-facing experience. The successful candidate will provide technical support to Sales and customers, ensuring compliance with quality standards and delivering training. Ideal for candidates with proven field engineering abilities in a technical support context.
Qualifications
- Qualifications and experience in RF systems and the RF Spectrum.
- Understanding of networking principles and tools.
- Field Engineering experience.
- Training delivery experience.
- Knowledge of safe working practices including risk assessment.
Responsabilités
- Provide technical support to Sales staff at all stages of the sales process.
- Direct technical support to customers/end-users.
- Engage proactively with Sales staff to support sales objectives.
- Ensure compliance with CRFS Quality Management System.
- Complete FAE Task Plans/Technical Reports.
- Deliver customer training competently.
- Provide first-line customer support as needed.
