The Role

As an IT Technician , you will :

  • Provide technical support to staff and students across the school.
  • Maintain, install, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Support the management of user accounts, printers, and classroom technology.
  • Ensure all ICT equipment is in good working order and maintained efficiently.
  • Assist with upgrades, data backups, and IT asset management.
Requirements
  • Has previous experience in an IT support or technician role, ideally in an educational setting.
  • Possesses strong technical knowledge of Windows operating systems, networks, and common software.
