Qualifications

• Qualifications and experience in RF systems and the RF Spectrum.
• Understanding of networking principles and tools.
• Field Engineering experience.
• Training delivery experience.
• Knowledge of safe working practices including risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Sales staff at all stages of the sales process.
• Direct technical support to customers/end-users.
• Engage proactively with Sales staff to support sales objectives.
• Ensure compliance with CRFS Quality Management System.
• Complete FAE Task Plans/Technical Reports.
• Deliver customer training competently.
• Provide first-line customer support as needed.
