AV Desktop / Helpdesk Support Engineer – seeking a technically proficient AV guru to support integrated AV systems. You will diagnose system faults remotely, devise inventive fixes, and communicate professionally with clients over the phone or remotely. You will log calls and tickets and manage your time to ensure tickets are completed to match agreed SLAs. End user clients are in the blue chip corporate sector. You will also support a team of AV field service engineers and act as the go-to person to help find solutions to any issue.

• Diagnose system faults remotely and develop innovative fixes.
• Communicate professionally with clients by phone/remotely to help resolve issues.
• Log calls and use ticketing systems; manage tickets to meet SLAs.
