Field Support Engineer Duties

• Perform regular maintenance, software updates, and upgrades.
• Train users and support customer inquiries.
• Conduct field tests and provide feedback for product improvements.
• Ensure safety and compliance during operations.

Field Support Engineer Profile

• Strong engineering background (Software/Electronic/Mechanical).
• Linux CLI, networking, and some programming knowledge (C++ ideal).
• Experience with high-pressure situations and customer support.
• Bonus: Drone regulatory knowledge, pilot license, or UAV experience.
