You will diagnose AV system faults remotely and provide inventive fixes, while communicating professionally with blue-chip corporate clients. The role involves managing ticket systems, supporting field engineers, and ensuring timely resolution of client issues. This position requires a clearly defined skill set in audiovisual technologies and the ability to work legally in the UK.
AV Desktop / Helpdesk Support Engineer – seeking a technically proficient AV guru to support integrated AV systems. You will diagnose system faults remotely, devise inventive fixes, and communicate professionally with clients over the phone or remotely. You will log calls and tickets and manage your time to ensure tickets are completed to match agreed SLAs. End user clients are in the blue chip corporate sector. You will also support a team of AV field service engineers and act as the go-to person to help find solutions to any issue.
