Job summary
An engineering services company in Helensburgh is seeking a Risk Manager to lead risk management for a Defence infrastructure project. The role involves identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks collaboratively with various stakeholders. Candidates must hold SC clearance and possess strong expertise in risk processes, data analysis, and stakeholder management. - Strong knowledge of risk processes and management.

- Proficient IT skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of the risk management process, roadmap, and Target Operating Model (TOM).
- Facilitate monthly risk reviews, workshops, and maintain risk registers & dashboards.
- Support Quantitative Cost & Schedule Risk Analysis (QCRA/QSRA) and quarterly reporting.
- Manage project assumptions and maintain the Master Data & Assumptions List (MDAL).
- Track mitigation plans and ensure risk actions are delivered.
- Collaborate with project leads, suppliers, and partners to manage risks.
- Monitor supply chain performance and flag emerging issues early.
- Ensure compliance with client processes and infrastructure requirements.
