A leading aerospace services company is seeking an experienced Project & Enterprise Risk Manager for a role based in Shrewsbury, with a focus on overseeing project risks and enhancing operational performance. The ideal candidate will have extensive project management experience in the aerospace sector, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in risk analysis tools. This is a full-time contract position requiring onsite presence three days a week. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential for influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

  • Extensive project management experience within the aerospace industry.
  • Practical experience with Sword Active Risk and QSRA tools.
  • Recognised Project Management Accreditation or significant equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage planning baselines for project delivery.
  • Identify and manage project risks and develop contingency plans.
  • Conduct Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis for project timelines.
  • Provide reports on project performance and improvement opportunities.
  • Implement systems for visibility of performance and key metrics.
