• Strong IT literacy: especially in Microsoft Office, project planning tools, and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial construction projects ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Act as main contact for clients, maintaining positive relationships through project lifecycle.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams for smooth project flow.
