Job summary
A leading media and entertainment company in the UK is looking for a skilled professional to join their Network Design team. Responsibilities include preparing and deploying network procedures, ensuring seamless service capability, and collaborating closely with various engineering teams. Ideal candidates should have strong experience with service provider technologies, especially in managing Core IP backbone systems. Qualifications
- Solid experience with service provider technologies, understanding Core IP backbone and CDN.
- Good experience with Cisco NCS/ASR routers, including configuration and management.
- Strong background in telecommunication protocols and routing.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Network Design team to understand business requirements.
- Prepare procedures for Core Network capacity upgrades and migrations.
- Deploy and test procedures during out of business hours.
