In this remote position, you will work closely with the delivery team to generate revenue by building strong relationships with new clients in IT, Technology, and Security markets. Success in this role is measured by your ability to secure Preferred Supplier Lists and consistently exceed revenue targets. Ideal candidates have proven experience in recruitment business development and great communication skills.

We are seeking a Business Development Consultant whose sole focus is winning qualified contract opportunities for our delivery and sourcing team to fulfil. This is a pure business development role – you will not be responsible for the full 360 recruitment lifecycle. Your success will be measured by your ability to open doors, build senior client relationships, secure PSL positions, and consistently generate high-quality contract vacancies. You’ll work closely with our experienced delivery team, enabling you to focus entirely on revenue generation and client acquisition.
