A leading recruitment agency is seeking an HR Advisor to provide support in a collaborative HR team in Coventry. You will handle employee relations queries, assist managers with HR issues, and facilitate training and recruitment. The ideal candidate has strong employee relations experience and excellent interpersonal skills. This position offers a chance to contribute to a thriving workplace culture and professional growth.
Coventry (Office Based)
Monday‑Friday, 8:30am‑5:00pm
Based at the Coventry office (home to around 350 employees), you'll be part of a small, collaborative HR team providing comprehensive HR support to managers and employees. The wider business employs over 1,500 people across four UK sites, and you'll play a key role in supporting the success of the Coventry operation.
Your responsibilities will include:
You’ll be a confident HR professional with proven employee relations experience, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem solving. You’ll have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation.
