A leading consulting firm in London is seeking HR / Workforce Transformation specialists at Consultant and Senior Consultant levels. The role involves designing workforce plans, advising on HR strategies, and collaborating with clients to implement solutions. We are currently recruiting for HR / Workforce Transformation specialists at our Consultant and Senior Consultant grades in our People and Change Capability. We are looking for experience in one or more of the following:
Hybrid working - our approach is to be in the office or on client site a minimum of 2 days per week. However, the actual time you spend and where you spend it will vary by role or assignment, including up to 5 days per week on a client site.

Across our People and Change Capability we work with governments and industry, bringing insight, innovation and ingenuity to their most complex problems, from working with the probation service to transfer 7,500 staff into the public sector, addressing talent & skills challenges through workforce planning at the Ministry of Defence or working with a global banking organisation on their employee value proposition and recruitment processes. Please be aware that some of our UK roles at PA Consulting require a UK security clearance.
All PA people are required to undergo background checks and to achieve the Baseline Personnel Security Standard however, some UK roles also require higher levels of National Security Vetting, where applicants must have at least 5 years of continuous residency in the UK.
