Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Remuneration: Up to £26,500, Uncapped Commission, Benefits

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you\'ll start by mastering the recruitment process and candidate management:

• Sourcing top talent using job boards, LinkedIn, and our internal systems.
• Interviewing candidates to assess their fit and career goals.
• Managing candidates through every step, from first contact to placement.
• Generating leads and spotting opportunities to build your future client base.
• Keeping our CRM system sharp and accurate with candidate and client details.
