Overview

We\'re Hiring: Experienced Recruitment Resourcer – Belfast area

Location: Belfast
Hours: 4 day week (Mon to Thurs)
Salary: £27k - £30k starting off + commission
Start Date: ASAP

• Are you a Recruitment Resourcer or recruiter looking for a fresh challenge?
• Are you able to source candidates through job boards and social media, Linkedin etc?
• Have you supplied clients with both temp and perm staff previously?

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source industrial candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and CV databases
• Conduct initial screening calls and face-to-face/virtual interviews
• Write and post effective job adverts tailored to target candidates
• Liaise with clients to understand job specs and candidate requirements
• Support the wider team with client bookings and shift cover needs etc

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year’s experience in a resourcing or recruitment support role (within industrial/blue-collar sectors is desirable but not essential)
• Strong candidate sourcing and interviewing skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Knowledge of compliance and onboarding processes
• A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
