Overview

CPL Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for an HR Officer on a one year fixed-term basis in Dungannon. This role is solely based on-site, Monday to Friday with occasional travel to other sites.

Our client has over 50 years in the motor industry and is one of the biggest in Northern Ireland, with multiple sites across the country. They are also deeply embedded in the community by supporting and promoting a range of initiatives, along with continual investment in their staff.

The job

With a full copy of the Job Spec available on request, the HR Officer will have a particular focus on recruitment where you’ll:

  • Have responsibility for the full recruitment cycle: sourcing and contacting talented candidates, assisting with their onboarding and delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Be part of a supportive and collaborative HR team and provide support across various HR functions when required.
The person
  • 2 years’ minimum experience in an HR capacity with a focus on recruitment.
  • Familiar with candidate sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter) and being proactive in direct sourcing.
  • Excellent communication skills; verbal and written, along with being a team player.
  • Can handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proven problem solving, leadership, communication, planning and organising skills.
  • Demonstrable experience in supporting and delivering across a variety of HR projects.
  • IT proficiency – HR databases and MS Office suite.
  • Driving licence and car to meet the travel aspects of the role.
