Are you an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant looking to take the next step in your career? At Tradewind Recruitment, we're expanding and are seeking driven consultants to join our growing St Albans office.

The Role

As part of our St Albans team, you'll manage your own desk and play a key role in supporting schools across Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas. You'll:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools and multi-academy trusts.
• Source, interview, and place high-quality teachers and support staff.
• Build your own candidate and client base while servicing existing relationships.
