Are you passionate about HR systems and data, with a drive to deliver outstanding service? We are looking for an experienced Senior HRIS Analyst to join our People Services function. This is a key role that supports the HRIS Manager in ensuring the effective day-to-day operations of our UK HRIS Team, delivering exceptional customer service and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

You will play a pivotal role in managing service performance, coaching and developing team members, and supporting strategic improvement initiatives that drive automation, efficiency, and value for the wider organisation.

As part of this you will:

  • Monitor SLA and KPI performance, ensuring high-quality service delivery and taking remedial action when necessary.

  • Provide daily leadership across ticket management, project work and resource planning, ensuring efficient team operations.

  • Support the HRIS Manager in developing the team's capabilities, with a focus on individual development plans (IDPs) and regular performance reviews.

  • Act as an escalation point for both the team and the wider business, providing technical and operational support.

  • Identify training needs and knowledge gaps across the team and ensure suitable training plans are implemented.

  • Own and maintain HRIS processes, ways of working (WOW), and local work instructions (LWIs), embedding continuous improvement.

  • Lead or support on projects that enhance administrative efficiency, including automation and new process implementation.

  • Manage stakeholder relationships across HR and the wider business, ensuring collaborative service delivery.

  • Oversee and maintain internal performance dashboards and customer service reporting.

What you'll need to do the role:

To succeed in this role, you will be an organised and proactive leader with a strong HRIS background and excellent stakeholder management skills. You are confident in managing operational priorities while developing and motivating your team. You bring a customer-first mindset and a track record of driving service improvements.

Essential Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in an HRIS or HR operations team, ideally within a large or complex organisation.

  • Strong knowledge of SAP HCM and EIC (CRM); experience with other ERP systems desirable.

  • Solid understanding of HR operations, processes, and employment law.

  • Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capability.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage service delivery against KPIs and SLAs.

  • Effective project management and change implementation skills.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

  • People leadership skills with experience coaching and developing others.
