A luxury fashion house in Greater London seeks a Senior Reward Manager to lead global reward strategies and HR analytics. This pivotal role involves managing compensation frameworks, defining competitive compensation packages, and partnering strategically with senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years in compensation management, preferably in Luxury Retail, and excellent communication skills. This 12-month maternity cover position offers a unique opportunity to shape global HR processes.

The Senior Reward Manager, Maternity cover will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the organisation’s global reward and benefits, HR analytics, and HR cost-controlling agenda during a transitional period. This role leads core reward processes, oversees global HR budgeting and reporting, and acts as a strategic partner to senior leadership, including the CPO. The position ensures that compensation and benefit frameworks are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business objectives, while driving operational excellence across global HR processes. The role reports directly into the Chief People Officer and has 1 direct report focussed on HR Cost Controlling activities. There will also be opportunities to be involved in ad-hoc change projects when appropriate. The maternity cover is for a period of 12 months.
