A leading consultancy firm in HR is seeking an HRIS Specialist to administer SAP SuccessFactors and improve data integrity processes. This role involves leading HR system tasks, training users, and ensuring high-quality reporting. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in HRIS systems, strong communication skills, and familiarity with process mapping tools. The position offers 25 days of holiday allowance, hybrid working options, and a friendly team environment.

The HR Auratus Consultancy offers a range of HR products and services from HRIS and Insights, to Learning and Development. In order to help our clients attract, retain, engage and motivate their workforces we need someone who has a keen eye for detail and is obsessed with data integrity, building partnerships with clients and helping them own data integrity. This person will also have a keen interest in mapping processes using tools like MS Visio to map key processes such as recruitment, learning, performance, salary increases, and onboarding and off‑boarding processes. A strong mindset that goes into the detail of systems and data is imperative, with a preference for SAP SuccessFactors but openness to other tools used in our ecosystem.
