The Learning and Performance Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery, administration, and effectiveness of the organisation’s learning and performance programs. This role manages the learning and performance technology ecosystem, coordinates training activities, maintains accurate records, and supports the creation of high-quality learning and performance development materials.
A key component of this role is exploring AI tools to streamline processes, enhance content creation, support learner experience, and improve overall operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, digitally and data confident and able to manage projects.
