Responsibilities
  • Recruitment process and generalist HR support activities around the employment life cycle.
  • Ad hoc problem solving relating to recruitment and operational HR services.
  • Work independently but also as part of a team, effectively managing workload and using initiative.
Qualifications
  • Educated to A Level standard or currently holding or working towards CIPD Level 3 (e.g. Certificate in Personnel Practice or Foundation Diploma in HR Practice).
  • Previous HR experience or relevant experience with responsibility for complex administrative processes.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and a demonstratable ability to prioritise workload and produce accurate, detailed work within deadlines.
  • Previous experience using HR database(s) (ideally PeopleXD HRIS or Peoplesoft, SAP or similar) is desirable.
