Job summary
A forward-thinking public sector consultancy in Greater London seeks a Commercial Business Partner. The role involves leading procurement activities and providing consultancy support while maintaining compliance with regulations. Candidates must have excellent stakeholder management skills, solid knowledge of public sector regulations, and experience in running large tenders. This position is pivotal in managing contracts and ensuring supplier development, with direct access to the executive team.

Responsibilities
- Support and lead on a portfolio of procurements.
- Provide consultancy and support related to contract management.
- Conduct regular supplier assurance and ensure compliance.
Skills
I am currently working with an exciting business who supports the public sector and are looking for a Commercial Business Partner to join their team
- The role will be supporting and leading on a portfolio of procurement's, provide consultancy and support to the business, maintaining the Commercial Framework, and supporting the business on contract management.
- Delivering regulated, strategic or high value procurement activity and proactive support for below threshold procurement
- Undertaking regular supplier assurance and due diligence activities and assure regulatory compliance in relation to specified contracts and market analysis and supplier development
Experience required :
- The role has direct access to the executive team so excellent stakeholder management skills are essential for this role
- Solid knowledge of the public sector regulations
- A passion for procurement and what you do , appreciating every spend even when small.
- Experience running large tenders and procurement contract processes
