We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner who loves using numbers for meaningful impact. You’ll collaborate closely with our FP&A Manager – a pivotal partner driving business performance. This role is far from pigeonholed; you’ll gain broad exposure and varied experience. Every day, your work contributes to something bigger: creating better outcomes for children.

What you’ll be doing
  • Partner with managers to keep budgets on track and make finance accessible and engaging
  • Provide reports, insight and analysis that influences senior decisions and drives impact
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for central teams
  • Oversee restricted funds and donor reporting, ensuring compliance and clarity
  • Spot opportunities for improvement and help shape better processes
