- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer stage
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs across multiple departments
- Draft and post job adverts across appropriate channels
- Screen CVs and coordinate interviews and feedback
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Support onboarding and pre-employment checks for new starters
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
- Work closely with HR and line managers to ensure timely and effective hiring
- Proven experience in an in-house recruitment or agency role, ideally in manufacturing, engineering, or similar high-volume sectors
- Strong understanding of best practice recruitment processes and compliance
- Confident working independently and managing multiple live roles
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- A proactive and adaptable approach - able to hit the ground running
