VANRATH are urgently recruiting for a Recruiter to join a thriving manufacturing business based in Belfast. This is a key temporary role supporting a busy HR function through a high-volume recruitment period. If you're an experienced recruiter who enjoys fast-paced environments, stakeholder interaction, and hands-on hiring from end to end - this is the perfect opportunity to join a reputable and growing business, making a real impact before the end of the year.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer stage
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs across multiple departments
  • Draft and post job adverts across appropriate channels
  • Screen CVs and coordinate interviews and feedback
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
  • Support onboarding and pre-employment checks for new starters
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
  • Work closely with HR and line managers to ensure timely and effective hiring
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Proven experience in an in-house recruitment or agency role, ideally in manufacturing, engineering, or similar high-volume sectors
  • Strong understanding of best practice recruitment processes and compliance
  • Confident working independently and managing multiple live roles
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive and adaptable approach - able to hit the ground running
