A leading global testing and inspection firm is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to cover maternity leave. This full-time role involves partnering with stakeholders to identify candidates for corporate and strategic positions, while utilizing innovative sourcing techniques. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within an RPO, and a strong understanding of talent acquisition processes. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic HR team and work collaboratively across multiple business lines.

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of recruitment experience in a delivery-focused RPO, in-house, or agency role.
  • Ability to manage expectations of C and E level stakeholders.
  • Interest in IT, Pharmaceutical, Sustainability, Cyber Security, or Innovation sectors.
  • Strong IT skills and understanding of how data aids work.

    • Start Date:June/July 2025
    • This position is a maternity leave replacement, limited until approximatelyJuly 2026

    You will partner with stakeholders across our business to seek hard to find candidates for corporate and strategic positions across all SGS’s business lines and multiple support functions. This could include building out new business units as part of our 2027 growth plan or helping to scale up our businesses. Working as part of the Global HR team, you will utilize sourcing techniques such as social media to pipeline and source talent and leverage on your relationships with the business to reinforce hiring collaboration and turn demanding business requirements into reality.

    More specifically, you will:

    • Act as Talent Acquisition Business Partner, supporting and guiding Hiring Managers, managing end-to-end recruitment process and all the stakeholders involved.
    • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team at global and regional level, to develop and manage end-to-end talent acquisition projects to find the best talents on the market.
    • Build networks and communities with a variety multi-sourcing channels including social media.
    • Be exposed to a wide variety of roles, with different grade of seniority and technicality.
    • Think out of the box and manage daily challenges with problem solving and open-minded approach.
      • University level education or equivalent.
      • 5 -8 years’ of recruitment experience, preferably gained in a delivery-focused RPO, inhouse or agency role.
      • A good understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter and all its search functionalities.
      • Proven background of directly sourcing methods (such as networking, Boolean and x-ray searches).
      • Working experience with C and E level stakeholders and ability to manage their expectations.
      • It’s a plus if you have had exposure to megatrend areas like the IT, Pharmaceutical, Sustainability, Cyber Security or Innovation sectors.
      • Creative approach to talent acquisition, keen to learn and acquire new knowledge and techniques.
      • Good IT skills and an interest in how data can help you work better.
      • Fluent in English and ability to speak other languages desirable.
      • Team player – we all stick together when times get tough.
