A leading cybersecurity firm is seeking an Employment Law Counsel to join their global legal team. This role involves providing guidance on employment law, collaborating with HR on compliance issues, and managing legal processes related to corporate policies. Qualifications

  • You must be a fully qualified lawyer in the UK or Ireland.
  • Previous in-house experience preferred, especially in the High-Tech industry.
  • Experience handling employment counseling and litigation is necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal analysis on laws that impact employees and HR compliance.
  • Collaborate with HR for guidance on employment law queries.
  • Monitor legislation and provide strategic legal advice to leadership.
  • Support audits and policy creation related to employment law.
  • Travel throughout EMEA when needed.
