As an Experienced Recruitment Consultant, your role will focus on both business development and relationship management:

• Client & candidate management – Building and maintaining strong relationships
• Business development– Growing your desk by identifying and securing new opportunities
• Negotiation & sales– Managing contracts, terms, and candidate placements
• Recruitment & sourcing – Using recruitment tools and job boards to find top talent
• Market research– Staying ahead of industry trends to add value to your clients and candidates

We’re seeking experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants who want to make a real impact. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in an agency recruitment role
• A proven track record ofclient relationship management andbusiness development
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• A results-driven mindset with experience hittingtargets and KPIs
• The ambition to progress and grow your own desk and team
• Experience working totargets, deadlines and/orservice agreements
