Maintenance Assistant, Malmaison

Rate of Pay / Hours: £13.52 per hour, 40 hours a week, including generous company benefits, training & development

The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for the general maintenance of the property, upkeep of facilities, and managing the maintenance team. Your role is to ensure jobs are completed efficiently to meet guest expectations. You will need to complete daily tasks with attention to detail and a passion for fixing things. You must meet deadlines, liaise with contractors, and take responsibility for health and safety. Organization, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on approach are essential. Experience in a maintenance department of a similar quality hotel is required; knowledge of electrics and health & safety is beneficial.
