True Consulting are partnered with a leading UK manufacturer in the air movement space, looking to appoint a Specification Sales Manager to cover London and the South East. The role is focused on promoting high-quality air movement solutions to M&E contractors and consultants, with a clear objective of securing specification across a variety of commercial projects such as the Healthcare, Education, Office, Leisure, Hotel, and Retail sectors.
You'll be joining a well-established business with a strong brand reputation and the backing of an active and realistic pipeline. With the level of quoting activity and projects already in motion, it's reasonable to expect you to achieve £2m+ in your first year. You'll be responsible for managing existing relationships while also identifying and developing new opportunities to grow the territory.
This role requires an understanding and experience selling AHUs, MVHR or similar commercial HVAC products such as Chillers, Air Conditioning and Heat Pumps. A solid network of M&E contractors and consultants is essential, along with the confidence to manage projects from early design and specification stages through to order placement.
