As a Guest Relations Manager, your mission is to welcome guests and build genuine connections, shaping memorable experiences. You will encourage feedback from guests, investigate and respond to comments via email or online, and share all feedback with relevant team members.
The role involves liaising with various hotel departments, primarily Reception, Concierge, and Housekeeping, to ensure a seamless guest experience. You will also act as the lobby host, greeting guests, answering queries, and making them feel welcome from the moment they arrive.
Knowing you’ve played a key role in creating memorable moments makes this role very rewarding!
This is a full-time position with shifts including early mornings (7am-3:30pm), late evenings (2:30pm-11pm), and middle shifts (9am-5:30pm), including weekends on a rota basis.
